Rose Ortiz

Rose Ortiz, 97 years old, peacefully passed away surrounded by her family on June 30, 2023, in Sacramento, California.

Rose was born in Lobatos, Colorado on June 10, 1926. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Wilfred Ortiz. She is survived by her children Lourdes Kinney (Rodger), Rita Lockhart, Alvan Ortiz (Glenna) and Peg Ortiz, 11 Grandchildren, 18 Great Grandchildren and one Great- Great Grandchild.

Funeral Services will be at St. Mary Cemetery & Funeral Center, 6509 Fruitridge Road, Sacramento, CA 95820. Times of Services are 1:00 pm (Vigil), 1:20 pm (Rosary), 2:00 pm (Mass), 3:00 pm (Burial) and 3:30 pm (reception).

Pallbearers will be Rose’s Grandsons: Rodger Kinney, Mario Kinney, Mateo Brown, Vincent Azar, Zachary Mendoza and Joseph Mendoza.
