Rosa Renteria

February 25, 1939 – April 8, 2025

Rosa was born in Mexicali Baja California on February 25, 1939.

Rosa’s parents were Antonio and Petra Gonzalez, her parents passed when Rosa was five years old.  Rosa and her siblings went to live with their aunt that raised them.   At the age of eighteen Rosa moved to Sacramento.

Rosa stated a job at a Commercial Laundromat, Rosa met Jerry at the laundromat, and they dated and got married.

Rosa and Jerry had a daughter and named her Diana Reyna.  Diana had two sons the boys were the highlight of Rosa and Jerry’s life.  Unfortunately, Rosa’s husband and daughter passed a month a part in 1997.

Rosa was blessed with two great granddaughters.  Rosa Liked traveling and she liked listening to Mexican music.  Rosa loved helping people out in any way she could.  Years later Rosa met Pancho, and they lived together for over twenty years.
