Reynaldo S. Basco

Reynaldo was born and raised in Barangay Cupang, Sto. Tomas, La Union, Philippines.  He is survived by his loving wife, Teresita; his only son, Vincent William and granddaughters, Amethyst Emilyn and Ruby Camille; mother Ragondez Sanchez Basco; brothers: Gilmo, Vino and Sunny; step-daughter, Phi-Mai T. Quesada and step-son-in-law, Jemuel A. Quesada.  Reynaldo was a very loving uncle to his nieces and nephews, a very supportive brother-in-law, who was always kind and attentive to all his relatives and many friends.
