Philip A Niederberger

Philip A. Niederberger 77 years old Passed away peacefully on July 24, 2025 at his home in Rancho Murieta.  He was born on 1/27/1948 in Los Angeles, CA to Herbert and Geraldine Niederberger.  He had lived in Sacramento all of his life and  in Rancho Murieta for the past 42 years.  Was a  graduate of UC Davis with a degree in Economics and a MBA from Golden Gate University.

He was a devout Catholic. Was past President of the SVDP Society, President of the SVDP Disaster Relief program.  Started the Rotary Club of Rancho Murieta.

Phil was married to Margaret for 43 years with two step children daughter Michelle and son Mark, four grandchildren, Joshua, Hannah, Meigan and Katelin.  He was the eldest of 11 children. Siblings: Dan, Caroline, Mike, Tony, Mary, Frances, Helen, Herb Jr., Joe and Therese.

A funeral mass will be held on August 11,  2025 at 10 AM, at the St Vincent De Paul Catholic Church, 14673 Cantova Way, Rancho Murieta.  Burial at the SDVP Parish cemetery, on Jackson Highway at 11 AM, with a celebration of life to follow back at the church at 11:30 AM.
