Nancy Lorraine Ruscica

November 26, 1933 – March 30, 2025

Carmichael, CA – Nancy Lorraine Ruscica passed away surrounded by family on March 30, 2025 in Rocklin, CA. Nancy was born and raised in Carmichael and was 91 at the time of her passing. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Terry and Mike Stemple; daughter and son-in-law, Mary and Craig Boom; grandchildren, Alex Stemple, Amanda and Steven Nelson; and great-grandchildren, Luke and Brynn Nelson. She was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Major Paul Ruscica, USAF Retired; her parents, Nell and William White; and her brother William White.

Nancy was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was always there for her family and made sure to celebrate their achievements and milestones, never missing a baseball game or school event. Nancy attended St. John the Evangelist Church in Carmichael for many years, singing in the choir and serving on different committees.  She loved playing Pinochle which she did several times a week.  Nancy worked for Union Capitol Loans for more than 45 years and only retired when COVID forced her to at the age of 86.

Her life will be celebrated on April 26^th at 10am, with a Liturgy of the Word funeral service, burial and reception at Calvary Catholic Cemetery and Funeral Home, 7100 Verner Avenue, Citrus Heights, CA.
