Mary Adele O’Neill

Mary O’Neill died on Sunday, September 15th, 2024 in her home, surrounded by loved ones.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 71 years, Jerry O’Neill, 6 Children. 6 Grandchildren, and 7 Great Grandchildren.

She was born on September 9, 1934 in Montana and graduated with honors from Butte High School in 1952. She relocated to California in the 60’s. They opened and operated Shamrock Marine in Roseville for many years. They joined Northridge Country Club years later and purchased a home on the golf course. She was active in the Niners Golf club, and they became avid golfers. They enjoyed an active social life and traveled all over the world.

She will be deeply missed by those who love her.

A viewing and rosary will be held Tuesday, September 24th from 5-8 p.m. at Calvary Cemetery and Funeral Center, 7100 Verner Ave., Citrus Heights, CA. A funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, September 25th at St. John the Evangelist Church in Carmichael at 11 a.m.  Internment at the Calvary Cemetery and a reception will follow.
