Mariana Lomba

LOMBA, Mariana M., 84, passed November 20, 2024, peacefully with family hugs, kisses, and a handheld transition. Survived by her children, Julie, Antonio Jr., Robert, Manuel, and Linda; fourteen grandchildren; and thirteen great-grandchildren. She was a European homemaker with talent as a Gourmet Cook and Baker from the Brava Island of Cape Verde (loving villages and towns: “Cova Rodela,” “Nossa Senhora do Monte,” and “Fajã de Agua”).  Her generous, fun-loving young spirit will forever be remembered by all her family and friends. Services will be held at St. Mary’s Cemetery & Funeral Center, 6509 Fruitridge Rd, Sacramento, CA, on December 13, 2024, starting at 1:00pm, and laid to rest alongside her husband, Antonio M. Lomba.
