Marian Rachael Baltazar

Marian Rachael Baltazar
Marian – or Annie, as she was known to family, left this earthly realm on Tuesday, March 28th surrounded with love. She is greatly missed. Her greatest love was her family. She and her husband Victor worked tirelessly to provide opportunities for their children.
Marian was born in Los Angeles, California to Joseph and Margaret (Martinez) Olivares. She was 1 of 9 children. On September 29, 1952, she married her long-time love, Victor Baltazar (predeceased) and raised their 4 children in San Francisco and Sacramento. Blessed with 8 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, she is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Her generosity and positive imprint on her family lives on.
Marian was a resident of Sacramento County for most of her 90 years. She was a devoted member of the Saint Lawrence community. While raising her family, she was employed in the retail industry for more than 20 years, retiring from Weinstock’s, one of Sacramento’s finest department stores. Marian had many interests which she pursued with success including photography, needlework, and puzzles. Most enjoyable were the many road trips in the RV, especially with family.
