Maria de Jesus Jimenez Diaz

On Tuesday, June 20, 2023, Maria de Jesus Jimenez Diaz passed away peacefully at the age of 93.  She will be greatly missed by her family and many friends, who will always cherish her sense of humor.  Widowed by her late husband, Juan Jimenez, and survived by her six children, Juan Jimenez, Letitia (Jaime) Balderas, Benjamin Jimenez, Aracely Jimenez, Samuel (Susanna) Jimenez and Lorena (Joe) Ramirez Jimenez, her 15 Grandchildren, 24 Great Grandchildren and 4 Great Great Grandchildren.

She was a passionate Educator and received her Bachelor’s Degree at “Instituto Miguel Angel Gabriel Mancia” in Mexico City.  Retired from the educational environment in 1993.  She was deeply loved and will forever be in our hearts.

The funeral services will be held at at St. Mary’s Cemetery and Funeral Center at 6509 Fruitridge Rd., Sacramento, CA.  The visitation will be held on July 6, 2023 at 6PM with a Rosary at 7PM.  The funeral service will be held on July 7, 2023 at 10AM.
