- March 17, - April 29. 2026
Kevin Romero was born March 17, 1993 in Los Angeles, California, to his loving parents, Maria Rogel and Fidel Romero. He was a beloved son, brother, father, and friend whose presence brought warmth, laughter, and joy to those around him. Kevin grew up surrounded by his siblings Hugo, Angelica, Coral, Amy, and Fidel, and from a young age he was known for his bright smile, playful spirit, and caring heart.
As a child, Kevin was joyful, mischievous, and full of life. He was always playful, especially with those younger than him, and he carried that same fun-loving energy throughout his life. He was respectful, easygoing, laid back, and fearless. He had a way of making people laugh and feel comfortable, and his happiness could be felt through his smile, his jokes, and the way he carried himself.
Kevin was a proud father of five boys, and spending time with his sons was one of the greatest joys of his life. He loved being with them, playing sports, enjoying the outdoors, and creating memories together. He especially enjoyed soccer and football, and he had a deep love for dancing, singing, cooking, and being outside. Whether he was making people laugh, sharing a meal, or simply spending time with his loved ones, Kevin brought life and energy wherever he went.
Kevin worked in construction for many years, a trade he dedicated himself to with strength, skill, and determination. He was hardworking and humble, always willing to help others whenever he could. He was kindhearted and generous, with a special soft spot for the elderly. Those who knew him will remember him as someone who gave from the heart, someone who cared deeply, and someone who never hesitated to lend a hand.
Kevin was raised in the Catholic faith and received the Sacraments of Baptism, First Communion, and Confirmation. His faith was part of the foundation of his life and will continue to bring comfort to his family as they remember him, honor him, and entrust him into God’s loving care.
Kevin will be remembered for his laughter, his smile, his humility, his joyful personality, and the love he had for his family. He leaves behind memories that will forever live in the hearts of those who loved him. Though his time here was far too short, the love he gave, the joy he shared, and the impact he made will never be forgotten.
The viewing for Kevin will be held on May 18, 2026. Rosary will be held at 9:15 and Funeral services, Mass, and burial will be held on May 19, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at St. John Vianney Church in Rancho Cordova, California, followed by burial at St. Mary’s Cemetery.
