Joe C. Santana

Joe C. Santana passed away peacefully in his sleep on July 13, 2026, at the age of 96.

Joe proudly and honorably served his country during the Korean War era, spending four years in the United States Navy. His service reflected the dedication, integrity, and patriotism that remained with him throughout his life.

Joe shared a beautiful marriage with the love of his life, Juliet Santana, for more than 61 years until her passing on October 1, 2015. Together, they built a life centered on love, family, and lasting memories.

He will be deeply missed by his loving daughter, Crystal (Moses) Hernandez, and his son, Joseph Santana. He is also survived by his beloved sister-in-law, Grace Hicks; his brother-in-law, David (Mechelle) Palace, Grandchildren Renee Herren, Michael Perfecto, Jordan Santana and Everitt Santana, 5 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends who will cherish his memory.

Joe’s kindness, strength, and unwavering love for his family will never be forgotten. His legacy lives on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. 

A vigil service for Joe Santana will be held at St. Mary Funeral Center Chapel Monday August 3rd from 5pm-8pm, with Rosary at 6pm.

On Tuesday August 4th 9am a visitation will be held at St. Mary Funeral Center Chapel, followed by mass at 10am and Committal service at 11am in St. Mary Cemetery.
