The biggest and most impactful way he made sports the center of his life was by coaching. Freddie loved to cook and nothing brought him more joy than feeding his family, friends, and coworkers. He loved to barbecue, with ribs being his specialty. He even had a side business cooking for coworkers; his food was that good! Freddie was also a voracious reader who read the newspaper every day. He loved to read fantasy books and had a large collection of his favorite books. He also loved watching television and the news, which he then talked about with his friends and family.
