Donna Lee Kulik

November 30, 1948 – June 28, 2025

Donna was born in New Jersey to Art and Esther Febo. She was the oldest of three children. Her younger sister is Gail and her youngest brother is Gary. Mom and dad met in high school when they were 15. She was a cheerleader and involved in many extra-curricular activities. Mom went to beauty school and became a hairdresser in Jersey.  They married in 1970 and they moved to Monterey CA where dad was stationed after the Vietnam War. Mom continued her hairdressing career there until they moved to Sacramento CA. Mom stayed home with the kids until they started school. Then she began working with the school district, first as a teacher’s aide and then as an office clerk at Elk Grove High School. That is where she retired from.

Donna loved to dance. Her favorite singer was Johnny Mathis. She also loved to bowl and she was very good at it.  Her favorite color was purple. She liked to play bingo and scrap booking. She loved decorating and shopping. She loved spending time with her friends and family. She was a devoted wife, mother and friend.

Services for Donna Kulik are planned for Friday, July 18, 2025

• Reception immediately following at the Funeral Center

In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the non-profit organization that helped the family along Donna’s dementia journey.  The Del Oro Caregiver Resource Center was really wonderful to the family with resources and help to them.
