Deborah Marrison

Deborah Jean Marrison was born on November 13, 1953, in Miami, Florida, to Betty Jean Caplan and Robert Lee Edward Hethcoat. She had two siblings, Theresa Gail Hethcoat and Wanda Diane Caplan. At the young age of 13, Deborah moved with her family to Sacramento, California.

Throughout her life, Deborah was blessed with several children. Her firstborn, Richard Lee Marrison, was born on April 15, 1972. She later welcomed Theresa Gail Solomon, who was followed by Baby Troutman, born in 1975, Tia Lachelle Troutman (born April 8, 1977), Rayon Lorenzo Marrison (born February 8, 1982), Tiana Latifche Filder (born January 14, 1983), Rashad Calvin Todd (born December 31, 1985), and Raymond Edward Todd (born August 2, 1987).

Deborah was a woman of many talents and a heart full of love. Above all, she was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her passions included art, cooking, and baking, and she had a unique gift of bringing joy to every meal she prepared. She loved spending time outdoors, enjoying fishing, swimming, and various activities. Deborah was known for her kind spirit and deep sense of family, always bringing loved ones together. Her willingness to help others was a defining part of her character, and her legacy is one of love, compassion, and unwavering family devotion.

Proceed in death by her Mother Betty Jean Caplan, her Father Richard Lee Edward Hethcoat, Theresa Gail Hethcoat, Tiekarian, and baby Troutman.
