Alicia Carmen Perez

Alicia Carmen Perez (née Delgadillo), a loving wife, mother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully at her home on September 4, 2026, at the age of 79.

Born on May 26, 1947, Alicia grew up in Sacramento and was a proud graduate of C.K. McClatchy High School. Dedicated and hardworking, she enjoyed a long and fulfilling career with the State of California Legislative Counsel, where she served until her retirement.

Outside of her professional life, Alicia’s vibrant energy truly shone on the dance floor. She had an unwavering love for music and dancing, bringing warmth, grace, and joy to every celebration she attended. Above all, her deepest joy was her family, who will forever cherish her loving spirit.

Alicia is survived by her devoted husband, David Perez; her three cherished sons, Ricardo, Sergio, and Victor; and four of her six siblings, Graciela, Jose Luis, Rosa Luz, and Leticia. She is reunited in peace with her beloved brother, Jorge, who preceded her in death.
